Enhanced Learning is the trading name of Enhanced Tutoring Services Ltd, a tutoring service built specifically for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. We work with learners who find mainstream classroom teaching difficult to access, whether because of autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, dyslexia, or a combination of needs that does not fit a single label. Our tutors adapt their teaching to the person in front of them, rather than expecting the learner to adapt to a fixed programme.

Every learner who comes to us begins with a conversation about what is actually getting in the way, not simply which subject needs a tutor. Parents and carers often arrive having already tried several approaches, and schools sometimes refer a pupil who is falling behind despite reasonable adjustments being in place. We take the time to understand the history, the current provision, and the specific goals that matter at this point, so that tutoring supports rather than duplicates what is already happening.

Our tutors plan each session around the learner's communication style, sensory needs and preferred pace. Some sessions are highly structured; others need to be more flexible, with movement breaks or visual supports built in. We keep sessions consistent in who delivers them, because a stable relationship with one trusted adult is often what allows a young person to take risks with their learning. Progress is reviewed regularly with families, and with schools where the learner's setting is involved.

We are based in the United Kingdom and work with families, schools and local authorities across the country, delivering sessions online and in person where arrangements allow. Whether you are a parent looking for weekly support, a school seeking additional capacity for a pupil with an education, health and care plan, or a professional making a referral, the enquiry process is the same: you tell us what you need, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right service for it.

Enhanced Learning is not a large organisation, and we do not attempt to be. We take on a limited number of learners at any time so that each tutor can give proper attention to planning, communication with families, and review. That means we sometimes have a waiting list, and it means we will say so clearly rather than accept an enquiry we cannot serve well. If we cannot help, we will try to point you towards someone who can.
